Role

Annie Gong is a Director for SIH focused primarily on Lending Solutions and secondarily on Structured Credit Freddie Mac Q securitizations. 

Experience

Prior to joining SIH, Annie was a Director at Freddie Mac Multifamily in the Structured Products group. She led portfolio sourcing efforts for Freddie Mac’s Q-Deal securitization program from a diverse range of third-party private and bank lenders, closing over $2.3 billion of transaction volume within two and half years. She also helped build and establish Freddie Mac’s Small Balance Loan lending program, managed a network of loan sellers, and oversaw loan production objectives and various marketing activities. She has established strong partnerships with senior business clients and transaction partners, including investment banks, credit and legal teams.

Education

Annie received a Master of Science in Finance from Johns Hopkins University and Bachelor of Science in Financial Economics and Computer Science from Binghamton University in upstate New York.
